Before you Register

All presenters at NASSH 2010 must be current members of NASSH. Those conference delegates who will not be presenting a paper at NASSH 2010 do not need to be current members of NASSH to attend NASSH 2010. To find out the status of your membership or to join NASSH, visit the NASSH website at www.nassh.org or contact the NASSH Secretary Treasurer, Dr Ronald A. Smith, by E-mail at ras14@psu.edu. Make sure to pay attention to the following items while you are registering for the convention:

NASSH 2010 Registration Pricing and Deadlines

Note: Registration for NASSH 2010 will open on September 1, 2009.

Registration fee covers all sessions, NASSH Book Display, lunch (2) and dinner (1) meals, breaks, welcome reception, and social event. For further information, see the NASSH 2010 Events Calendar

How to Register

There are two easy ways to register for NASSH 2010. Payment must accompany form, in US funds only. Purchase Orders are not accepted. Checks should be payable to “NASSH 2010.”

Register Using the Interactive Registration Form (Credit Card Only)

This downloadable registration form is for all NASSH 2010 convention attendees to send your registration payment directly to the Organizing Committee. Please complete the Adobe NASSH 2010 interactive registration form and click the "Submit by Email" button at the top of the page. Clicking this button will E-mail a data file containing all the information you typed directly to the Organizing Committee Office accountant. An Internet connection will be required to complete this process.

Please remember to print a copy of the NASSH 2010 Registration Form for your records by selecting the "Print Form" botton also located at the top of the page.

Registration Amendments

To amend your registration information, please send an E-mail to manager@nassh2010.org, indicating the changes to be made or call +1 (519) 253-3000 Ext. 2434 for assistance.

Travel Documents

Passport Requirements:
  • It is strongly advised that all visitors to the United States have passports. This facilitates entry into the United States and entry back into the visitor’s home country. The United States now requires that all travelers have a passport or other accepted form of documentation to enter or depart the United States.
Visa Requirements:
  • There may be some requirements for visitors coming to the United States in terms of visas. The visa requirements are described in more detail on the following website:

  • If you require a supporting letter to attend the 38th annual convention of the NASSH at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center, Walt Disney World®, Florida, you will need to download the Letter of Invitation Request Form, complete it and send it by E-mail to NASSH2010 at manager@nassh2010.org no later than two months prior to the convention. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to process your request. Send all additional inquiries by E-mail to manager@nassh2010.org
